John Burton himself has no customer service skills what so ever. It was like a 70's comedy sketch. The room was like a Victorian TV set. He rose from his chair and as he did the arm came off his captains chair.
No professionalism.

I had reason to use John Burton Solicitors in Stone three or four times in the past year and a half, with help relating to a family member's estate. Each time I visited, the staff were happy to help and were positive and professional.

An absolute disgrace. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We have been waiting for 5 years for a will and probate to be sorted. John Burton never answers the phone or call you back, doesn't remember meetings, and has just really not done the work he was appointed to do as an executor and solicitor. He is listed as an executor of the will and has billed us for 2 hrs work over 5 years. Basically guys Ive done nothing but for it to sit in my office and collect dust I want something for it. Disgrace. Wouldn't use them to make a coffee let alone anything else. Disgrace.
