Flat Purchase
I have been using Ashley Wilson since 2010. They have always delivered an excellent job in a very professional way. sale of my flat
Nathan Woods was extremely diligent throughout, providing all information and options clearly and in a timely manner, and he deserves an award for his patience and politeness. He was aided and abetted all the way by paralegal Tuliswa Tembo who was always very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them both highly.

Job done and done well
Nathan at the head and his team were great. Handled everything that I needed and were patient and explained everything well. Made sure as well to outline all costs etc and did his upmost to keep the expenses down so I was not over charged or blindsided by anything.
Always available and easy to contact, responded to all enquires/messages in a quick and timely fashion.
Would definitely use again and highly recommended.

First time Buyer - London Leasehold Apartment
As a first-time homebuyer, I found Nathan to be a superb solicitor and a consummate professional. I would highly recommend Nathan to any other first-time buyers. Throughout the purchase process, he dealt with the complexities of the purchase, explained these at length as we went along, and didn't wrap anything in cotton wool.
I could contact him at any time, his response times were super fast, and we was pro-active in getting responses from the other team and then readily communicating any developments.
I appreciated that the costs aligned with the initial quote I received, and he was transparent about additional costs, so there were no surprises when I received the final bill which, given the high level of service I received, I felt was good value.
At the conclusion of the process, I felt confident that we had everything meticulously covered, I had all the facts, and I was obtaining a good property and making a sound purchase.
