Empathetic and efficient conveyancing

My experience with SAS Daniels and Steph Lyke specifically was remarkable.

Steph persisted through what was one of the most complex conveyancing cases.

Steph was always reachable by phone and helpful.

I am particularly impressed by how Steph handled obstacles, including delays with the seller’s solicitor which meant that there was a risk we couldn’t complete before the mortgage offer expired.

Steph went above and beyond to get the mortgage completed. She understood my unique personal circumstances and went above and beyond expectations to complete before the deadline. Her tenacity was particularly noted

I cannot thank her and her team enough for helping me secure the property. It was a joy working with her and I commend her services to anyone.

Steph is my all time favourite solicitor, she has acted at least 8 times for me now and each time, no matter how complicated it becomes, she has acted with speed and efficiency and always with great humour! She is the always the calm reassuring voice when things get a little intense.

By way of background, I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process.

At the end of the tunnel, I would like to thank you for your extended support given throughout the Homebuying process. We were able to complete the transaction within a couple of months as there was a high level of coordination. They know the process very well and planned all steps of the conveyancing thoroughly (for an example conducting all anti money laundering checks early in the process saved us lots of time)

Steph and Lydia were extremely knowledgeable about the process and answered my questions comprehensively. Their responsiveness was incredible. All emails were addressed within a brief period of time and all calls were answered in the first ring.

I have found them to be totally professional and hands-on providing updates on a regular basis and explaining what the process is and what to expect.

It was a great experience with SAS solicitors and my transaction went really smooth!

Their promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, and good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’m incredibly pleased with the service I received from SAS solicitors. Thanks a lot for your support and definitely recommended!
