Peter helped me to deal with a claim against a Council following an accident on a pavement. Peter was very approachable and happy to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of presenting content to the third party. He was able to explain this to me in clearly understandable language both verbally and in emails. Peter engaged with the Council on my behalf and drafted a succinct but accurate statement of evidence as part of the Court proceedings. While we were fully ready to attend Court, the Council subsequently elected to raise their offer significantly and we decided it was just about worth settling.
