The first meeting i felt like all would be great, however the next 9 month's I felt unrepresented and had to constantly chase for updates, I waited for calls back which didn't happen and most emails were not fully read or answering my main points. My case was given a NFA a month ago and I am still waiting to get my money on account back. My emails are being ignored. This isn't very professional. I felt totally alone and made to feel like it was a chore when I managed to speak to my paralegal. Hopefully I will get my money back soon as I want to move on with my life! I did speak with Drew once on the phone during the case and he did help put my mind at rest but sadly people under him were the issue I think.
