Sold my property with Waterstone the beginning it was a bit slow but after I explained my hospital situation they really took a very good care of my case Especially Nithi and Shah. Long story short in the end the conclusion was excellent. Especially Nithi she was answering my e-mails all the time and dealing with third party solicitors.

Excellent
Second time I’ve used Waterstones and first time with Nithi.
She was diligent in assisting my through the purchase process and worked with the solicitor and mortgage company to get me moved in record time.
I have no problem recommending or using again.

Nithi was excellent
Nithi was very kind, caring and helpful through every moment of stress in a difficult house sale that fell through multiple times.
I did find it confusing to have appointed Shah Ali as my solicitor and never once heard from him again even when I tried to call, email and Whatsapp. He was completely unresponsive.
Luckily, Nithi was able to manage all our concerns and support us through the sale.

Great service
I can't recommend Waterstone Legal highly enough. Nithi has great legal knowledge but also quite importantly she is very approachable and friendly
Nithi was very efficient and would always get back to me in a timely manner and answer all my queries in a very clear way.

Great work!
WS Legal did a great job with our sale. Towards the end, when we were nearing completion, the buyer's party raised numerous questions, and the solicitor assigned to our case (Nithi), very diligently checked requests and responded. She also kept me informed of developments so I could help answer queries. She did her best to move the sale to exchange ASAP. She was also kind and helpful - she did a great job!

Wonderful service
I completed on a shared sale and a single onward purchase with Waterstone Legal. Through the many roadblocks that usually occur with these things - Nithi Kumar was professional, helpful and very understanding whenever I had questions or needed clarity to move things along. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service
I've just completed on a shared ownership sale with Waterstone Legal. Amongst the many road blocks we had in the sale process I cannot fault Nithi Kumar at all. She has been so helpful, friendly, understanding and very professional throughout the whole process. The communication and service I received was fantastic and when I finally find a new property to buy I will certainly look to Waterstone Legal again. I highly recommend this firm.

M & L Michael Flat sale

The process was less smooth and took longer than it should have done for reasons attributable to the buyer causing frustration to all.
