Excellent service
On first contact by phone to enquire about service, the process was fully explained and the costs, person very helpful and friendly. All during process excellent and efficient. Solicitor and support staff, very helpful with all my questions. Would use again, no hesitation.

Possession of a tenanted property
We would certainly recommend Boys & Maughan as we were let down by another firm of solicitors. Paul took over the possession proceedings without hesitation and concluded a successful repossession of our property.

Expensive process
Contained in the settlement agreement was a quoted amount the business would contribute. This was up to £650.00. B & M charged me the full amount for a 9 minute call and a signature, expensive for what was required.

Repossession of my house

Flexible and first class
I was fortunate that my tenant moved from the property before the case was put before the magistrate.
I had deposited funds to cover the costs with my agent, expecting to be at least part charged for solicitors preparations to proceed.
I was delighted to be refunded the fee in full. I feel this was very generous, and goes to show the fair and flexible service provided to me.
