First time buyer

Compasionate and Helpful
I can honestly say that when my Father died in April 2023 and then subsequently my Mother in September 2023 within a space of 5 months. Rosie and her team helped me through a very challenging and traumatic process. Given the distance between Waterlooville and Leicester .Oliver who also I wish to mention also played a big part during the number of emails an conversations aswell. I cannot express enough how much Rosie and Oliver helped during this process.

First time buyer's experience
Rosie and her team have been a great support and provided an excellent service whilst purchasing our first home. As first time buyers, we felt quite unfamiliar with all of the processes but Rosie and her team ensured we were always kept informed and helped us to understand the stages by taking the time to explain and answer any questions we had. Overall the last few months felt quite smooth thanks to Larcomes help and we would recommend their services to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Efficient and prompt service with no hidden surprises
Many thanks Rosie for your expert and efficient help in completing the sale of one of our properties. Many thanks also to Oliver for his input. The transaction was slightly unusual but this did not present any problems and was dealt with quickly and to our entire satisfaction. The price quoted was fair and reasonable and did not change.
