Invaluable advice given with great empathy
For several years I have been caring for my wife who has dementia. I was happy with the wording of my Will and Lasting Power of Attorney didn't seem necessary until a lovely careworker pointed out the complexity of it all. My Will was already with Fraser Dawbarns, but I began to realise I needed help and advice rather than me saying what I wanted. Harleen Hanson gently but firmly gave all manner of help, patiently dealing with my stupidity. Thanks to her secretary Sam also.

Professional/approachable
Biggest asset to professionalism in communication whilst never forgetting the professional approach.
Serious and formal issues do not preclude a good sense of humour.

Friendly professional solicitors
Over the past 2 years I have worked with 4 legal professionals for numerous reasons. All of the individuals have been extremely helpful and have worked with me to resolve many issues. In particular Harleen Hanson has worked with me on my uncles estate which was involved and complicated. At every step of the way Harleen had given sound advice and I always felt supported. The dreaded Will
'Have you done a Will' my partner said for the umpteenth time.
So I gave in and went with him to see his solicitor.
Why did I worry, Harleen was so kind, she explained everything to me, to my relief it was painless.
End result was just brilliant. No more worries.
