Professional at all times in the face of adversity
I have just successfully completed a very protracted property sale, that started in early March and has just completed. In that time, Charlotte and her team were always professional, calm and resilient, in getting the job done, despite frequent adversities thrown at them, during the extended process by the Buyer's inept and lackadaisical lawyers who slowed down the process and were generally appalling to deal with. Charlotte provided great advice and called out risks and how best to manage them throughout the 6-month period, to ultimately achieve a good outcome for myself.

Property sell
It was a great pleasure working with Charlotte. I had few complications during the sell as few documents were missing to complete. Charlotte dealt effectively with a lease hold company and their solicitor, and prepared the set of all documents required. She followed up on everything timely and was always reachable to answer any questions.
