Ajmer is an asset & absolutely amazing at his work - HIGHLY RECOMMEND
We instructed Parity Legal to assist with the purchase of three investment properties (all at the same time) and Ajmer handled our case expertly. Every single stakeholder in the process - us, the vendors (selling the property), the finance broker, the lender, the lenders solicitor and the vendors solicitor - all were super impressed with how responsive, efficient, diligent and speedy the process was with Parity/Ajmer. It was a pleasure dealing with Ajmer and even though there was a strict deadline for the SLDT tax; Ajmer turned it all around for us and managed two exchanges and three completions on a single day.
