Amazing Above and Beyond Service
All of the people I know have had such bad experiences with various other Solicitors, so I was really nervous how our sale and purchase was going to go, but I really didn't need to worry.
Danielle Julyan at Wollens was absolutely fantastic, always going above and beyond what I expected and I seriously cannot praise her high enough!
Our house sale was particularly awkward with solar panel issues and Danielle guided us through and helped to make the experience less stressful with her calm and helpful manor. We thought we were going to lose our purchase flat on several occasions, but she always came through and helped us so that we now live in the perfect flat and are very happy.
Thank you so much Danielle and I have been recommending you to everyone I know!

Service between September and January
I was selling two properties and purchasing one everything went smoothly considering the chain involved but I was kept informed all the way and I am extremely happy with the outcomes on all three.

Great service
I had a great experience with the team at Wollens who handled both my sale and purchase. It wasn’t the most straightforward process but I was kept informed throughout and they did everything they could to keep it moving despite many complications cropping up. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

Simply amazing!
Danielle been amazing trough the whole process. She always replied quickly and also understood that our purchase is urgent and put everything into it. She always called me directly back when I had questions - I can not recommend her enough! She is lovley, friendly and an amazing g solicitor.

House conveyances
I had a good experience with Wollens. I found Danielle to be prompt, friendly and professional. My queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The only point I would raise is on the actual day of the move we had to wait a long time for the keys to be released even though the monies had all been paid. Sitting in an empty house waiting for the call that I could collect the keys was frustrating , with the removal men waiting outside, but I am not sure of the reason for the delay. Maybe another phone call with an update would help. But a good experience overall and I would use Wollens in the future.

Moving Mother
Danielle and Becky were excellent to work with on my mother's move from 'Up Country' and an understanding ear for my occasional rants (not their fault) when I needed to vent! ;-D I will click on all the boxes to "describe the firm" and add 'quick to respond'.

Absolutely fantastic
I've used Wollens previously and had no hesitation in using them again for my house sale & onward purchase. Danielle was brilliant at every stage, communication was as easy as you could imagine and I was kept up to date at every stage which was incredibly reassuring. Even when matters were complicated, Danielle was able to explain them in a way that was simple and easy to understand.
David helped towards the end of the transaction and was fantastic to deal with . Even when there was immense pressure, he was level headed and provided straightforward advice which is exactly what was needed.
I would have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending both Danielle or David (and for that matter anyone else at Wollens).
