Elizabeth began her conveyancing career in Devon before moving to Wiltshire in 2007 to join our Salisbury based Residential Property department. She now has over 20 years of experience working in the property world. Her areas of expertise include sales and purchases of Freehold and Leasehold interests for existing properties and new build sites; mortgages and re-mortgages; plot sales; Transfers of Equity including Matrimonial matters; transfers; overage/uplift agreements; grant of long residential leases; lease extensions; shared ownership transactions; and Armed Forces Conveyancing. Elizabeth has worked for a variety of other local and national firms including Kitsons in Torquay, Gowmans in Paignton, The Thompsons Partnership in Plymouth and Eastleys Solicitors in Totnes.
