Without a doubt, having used Warner Goodman for three property transactions they are the epitome of professional service, clear easy communication, personable and above all good to do business with which means that they also remove a lot of the stress which inevitably goes with buying and selling property. We switched to Warner Goodman after our original solicitor's Ts&Cs revealed numerous hidden costs. I'm so glad we did as Warner Goodman have been so much easier to deal with and understand as first time buyers. Paul and his team communicated regularly and would always explain everything clearly. They were always happy to answer questions and had an approachable, friendly manner. I have used the team now on several occasions and have had the usual excellent service. I only wish other buyers/sellers would use Warner Goodman as this could help to have avoiding a number of frustrating issues arising with other conveyancers.

From the onset of our dealings with Paul and his team at WG we felt thoroughly supported and well informed. As first time home buyers we needed a guiding hand and this was provided in a professional and kind way and when the inevitable delays in the housing market slowed the process down WG were excellent at advocating for us, keeping momentum and communicating with us and our vendor. Paul, Chris and the whole team at Portsmouth Warner Goodman are honestly the best. I cannot thank you all enough for your swift, attention to detail and thorough service. This is the 3rd time I have used the team and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone moving home or buying for the first time. They make the process easy! I was very impressed with the service I received from Paul Winslade and all his team at Warner Goodman. Not once but twice because the firm acted for me in selling a property in 2020 and then buying a property in 2024. Paul gave me the confidence and peace of mind that I was in good hands. He is cool, calm and collected in his approach but, most importantly, professional. He has a good eye for detail. He knew the development in which I was buying my recent property. He knows the people involved with the development. One little thing worth mentioning is that he picked up the telephone to call me a few times to discuss something. I do think that the telephone is an under used tool for many businesses these days. Of course it is a team job. Paul has some great people working with him. I found all of them very helpful. In the last month before completion, Chris Bond became involved. She impressed me. She grabs a problem by the scruff of its neck and gets the task done. Easy to talk to. This is what the customer wants. One negative aspect for me was the electronic onboarding process. There is an assumption that everyone has the latest top of the range devices. It did not work for me. I found it a lot of messing about to be frank. In fact I even phoned InfoTrack and they said that I would unable to use their system.
