I am an Associate solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate team. I provide clear, concise advice and pride myself on providing a quick and efficient service to my clients. I’m based in our Colchester office and am available for a free 15-minute chat over the phone. I act on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including acquisition and disposal of commercial property, landlord and tenant matters and secured lending. A large part of my work is the granting and taking of commercial leases for offices and shops, and I am experienced in acting for both landlords and tenants. I am also the commercial real estate representative for the Health & Social Care team, and I have experience in acting in both care home sales and GP leases. I wanted to be a solicitor from a very young age. During my training contract, I undertook a seat in the Commercial Real Estate team and I knew it was right for me. I love the intricacies and detail (especially of leases), and genuinely find commercial property transactions interesting. In my spare time, I enjoy walking, rock climbing and socialising with friends and family. I am a director of Colbea, a not-for-profit business enterprise agency. I also support local charity events including the Mersea walk for Samaritans and the Nuclear Mud Race for St Luke’s Hospice.
