Commercial Property Purchase

Excellent choice for conveyancing
Everyone I dealt with at Pullen Davies was friendly, helpful and efficient. Our solicitor, James, kept us informed and updated during the process of our house purchase and it went through without a hitch…would definitely use Pullen Davies again for conveyancing and other legal matters, and would recommend to others.

Legal Works for Mortgage

Conveyance of holiday let
We approached Pullen Davies on trust as a local firm - without prior knowledge or any recommendation - and were not disappointed.
James dealt with this complex conveyance, patiently working through all obstacles that arose, dealing with the vendor's solicitors, mortgage requirements and various other specialist parties. He kept us informed throughout and took care to explain items to us in conversations as required. The entire conveyance was handled remotely although we have been pleased to meet James since and intend to stay with Pullen Davies for other family law issues.

I felt reassured, knowing Nigel was keeping a close eye throughout the sale, but I just grew more and more impressed by James during the process. I very quickly had complete confidence and trust in him.�He seems to have an extremely wise head on young shoulders as well as a thorough knowledge of commercial conveyance/ law. What marks him as unusual (to me) is that it felt like he naturally adopts the same kind of pragmatic approach that I have come to really appreciate in Nigel. I also had the feeling that he manages his time efficiently. Finally, as well as being respectful and friendly to deal with, he was accessible when necessary and, most importantly to me, I knew he �had my back� �. which doesn�t form part of any Job Description, but I really needed this.
