The totally unjustified legal action taken against me was the most stressful episode of my life.
I'm quite a robust type, but the effect it has had on my wife's health over the past 2 years was dreadful.

I was disappointed and upset to receive a invoice for £17,000 expenses after the mediation settlement. I felt that some of these expenses should have been included in the claim.

Helpful, great telephone manner
Actioned any requests very quickly. Instantly I felt Toby was thinking through my concerns from every angle. I was pleased with his pro active, enquiring approach to my situation and a clearly defined route we should follow.
