This led her to completing a Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice at the University of Birmingham. Maria’s dissertation topic was the treatment of mentally disordered sex offenders in contact with the criminal justice system. Maria then went on to complete her Legal Practice Course combined with a Master’s degree at the University of Law in Manchester.

Maria was very helpful in getting an arrest removed from my PCN record. Using information I provided about the situation, Maria put forward a strong case for arrest record deletion. Maria was re-assuring and understanding, which helped put me at ease throughout the process.

Olliers do exactly what is said on the tin. My case worker was knowledgeable, hardworking and communicative. She made a very stressful process go very smoothly and the representations she produced were clear, succinct and backed by a great understanding of both my personal circumstances and the working conditions which the incident took place within. I received the decision I wanted and Olliers were a vital part of this process. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I cannot recommend Olliers highly enough. The team were professional, knowledgeable, sympathetic and reassuring.

Both the Nathalie and Maria were easy to contact and very helpful in filing my relevant paperwork along with representing me to secure a positive outcome. They contacted me promptly and also included guidelines for character references etc, which was of incredible help.

I am able to put an incident due to severe mental illness behind me and focus on working in my field unimpeded by the DBS. If you have such a similar matter, please do not hesitate to contact them.
