Fantastic service from Nitshill branch
As a family we approached the Nitshill office to arrange a Power of Attorney and a Will for my dad. My dad was housebound & bedbound. This wasn’t a problem, Jennifer & Lorraine came out to dad’s house to gather his wishes. They returned to have all paper work signed by dad. Due to dad’s condition worsening his POA & Will was done in a speedy process. Going on 7 months our dad sadly passed away. We phoned the Nitshill office spoke with Lorraine & Jennifer for advice on dad’s Will. They honestly couldn’t have done enough for us. Put us at ease to help with dad’s estate. Very approachable and very understanding to our needs before and after dad’s passing. I would highly recommend this company for Wills & POA. They have handled everything with ease and understanding. It nice to know my dad knew these girls & they made sure his wishes were set out in his Will. Massive thanks to Jennifer & Lorraine you girls have been amazing during the most difficult times.

Guardianship Application
I have to say that from start to finish the service I received from this practice was second to none, and especially from my lawyer Jennifer Shearer who took me through the whole process of guardianship so effortlessly.
Jennifer went above and beyond for me by simply putting my mind at rest about a matter that I was so concerned about by telephoning me outwith office hours, therefore, saved me a sleepless night. She knew how worried I was about this matter, so it was really kind of her to do this for me, she could have just let me stew and telephone me from the office the morning after.
Also she managed to solve a problem that I had six weeks ahead of schedule by just using her initiative thus saving me weeks of stress.
