Property Purchase and Sale Transactions
We had a property that needed to have the Title split for sale. All high street and online conveyancers in our area had turned down the work due to "lack of staff resources" or "lack of capacity". Geoffrey Leaver, although far from our home base, had worked successfully in another matter for us, and agreed to take on this new work and attendant property purchases.

Simply outstanding
Kelly managed to get an exchange and completion on a rather complex deal over the line in an incredible time window.
Without her single handed devotion, hard work and tenacity, the deal would not have happened on time, Kelly made enormous personal sacrifices for us, and we are incredibly grateful to her for how much she put into the deal.
