I couldn't have been more satisfied with the company. I was a but wary as I hadn't used Solicitors for the purpose before but Nathalue was brilliant. Explained everything in depth, contact was good and I wouldn't hesitate to use them

Fantastic
Natalie has been amazing from start to finish. Very informative throughout the process, explaining things to ensure I always understood the process. Met with other employees who were professional and so friendly, making me feel at ease. I felt valued at all times. Would recommend 100%.

I was apprehensive about speaking to…
I was apprehensive about speaking to solicitors and making a claim in the first place, but Nathalie Axelsson was fantastic. She was blunt when she had to be and kept me informed at every opportunity and was very professional. I've recommended Thompsons to a friend in a simar situation to me and will keep recommending you. My claim was settled and I was very happy with the outcome and I believe it was because of the way Nathalie and Thompsons handled my case. Thank you.
