Outstanding service from start to finish
My wife and I briefed Pharaoh Law to update our wills. Whereas many law firms would have treated this as a matter of routine process, we received a level of care and attention that exceeded our expectations. Lisa Pharaoh took the brief, made sure that we had thought carefully about the options available to us and answered all our questions. Sharon Edelstyn produced clear drafts of the wills that reflected our wishes exactly. Richard and Molly handled the administration with speed and courtesy. There was a slight hitch in producing electronic copies which required the original wills to be returned. The problem was sorted out within 24 hours and Lisa brought the wills back to our house in person.
Over the years, we have dealt with a variety of law firms. Many of them have been slow, putting their own convenience first, or creating the impression that our affairs were less important than others. It is a refreshing change to deal with such an outstanding company.
