Hibberts LLP
Previously I was relying on the bank to sort out my mum's affairs and mortgage. This was not a pleasant experience, the communication was awful and I was very stressed.
Hibberts agreed to sort my mum's affairs immediately and relieved the stress that I was experiencing.
I was always able to speak to Abigail direct and with her knowledge and experience made the process easy. I wish that I had contacted Hibberts first and I will do in the future.

Sale and Purchase
We were kept well informed but there was a delay initially as no correspondence was received asking for the deposit before things could start. The transactions were completed in a timely manner and all paperwork sent/emailed or collected and returned expeditiously.

Smooth process

House purchase
Abigail was amazing during our house purchase and met the deadline we needed to complete by. She was always available by phone or email and very approachable. Move to Norfolk
Moving is a painful business. Part of this is due to the upheaval but another part is the legal process and the detail which solicitors are bound to investigate not only to protect their clients but also themselves. Inevitably this can lead to tensions resulting from questions which can seem to be irrelevant or nit picking. We did suffer somewhat from these tensions but in the end our solicitor Abigail Morrison resolved them satisfactorily. Her approach became more pragmatic during the course of the process which was very welcome. Early on it seemed almost as though she was being led by the buyers solicitor. A key source of tension is communication. The client needs to know at all times the state of progress or lack of it. Not communicating because there is no positive news is not acceptable and Abigail became noticeably better at this during the negotiations. The company would do well to make use of WhatsApp as a most efficient method of communication. Overall we were content with the service provided with the caveats of better communication and a more pragmatic approach to difficulties including seeking the advice of clients.
On the buying side of the process Abigail was hampered quite frequently by poor communication by the vendors solicitor. It seemed to us that she could have banged the drum a bit harder at times but we were out of that loop.
So our conclusion is well done Abigail. You got the job done and it certainly wasn't the simplest of transactions.

Purchase of a property
Abigail was recommended to me by someone who had dealt with her in the past.
From The start communication was great with replies to emails and phone calls being very quick.
Abigail was very clear with providing information and was happy to help with any questions and queries I had. She was also always quick with chasing up information and documents from other parties in order to move my house buying process along as quickly as possible.
I will definitely be using Abigail’s services again in the future as she made it so easy, and I have already recommended her to people I know.
