The only team I would use when it comes to moving home
We can’t thank Abigail enough for all the hard work and dedication shown throughout our recent house move. It was a complex process involving an older property, multiple parcels of land, and ongoing issues that could have easily made things overwhelming - and many other teams would have seen drag on over many months. However, the team's expertise, clarity, and support made everything feel straightforward and manageable. We truly appreciated the guidance provided at every step and felt completely confident in her hands. I will never use another solicitor.

Abigail Morrison completion of property sale
Abigail has handled the sale of a couple of properties. This was the latest sale and the transaction was not without its difficulties. Abigail got the sale over the line and was helpful throughout the process, demonstrating excellent professional knowledge and being courteous throughout. I can thoroughly recommend her services and will certainly use her again !

Auction pack
Abigail was very professional and communicative. She gave good advice, was approachable and worked to very tight deadlines.
Due to these deadlines and the unhelpful nature of the estate agents who twice over a period of two weeks told us, at supposedly director level, that there were no special conditions of sale Abigail, thankfully, managed to obtain them from the sellers solicitor the day before the auction. She also managed to obtain the contract of sale which again the estate agent seemed reluctant to give us.
As we had little time to explore these documents fully, which included omissions and errors, and had conditions with which we could not agree we decided not to bid at auction.

Sale of house
As my conveyancer Abigail Morrison was excellent. The sale of my house went through very quickly and she replied to all of my queries very quickly and professionally, excellent communication. I would not hesitate to recommend her or the solicitors.

Flat Purchase
As a first time buyer I was completely in the dark when it came to the purchasing process but with a good mortgage broker and a good solicitor behind me I felt guided through the entire process. There were moments where more updates would have been helpful as everything happens behind the scenes it's difficult to see where in the process the application is sometimes. Never the less Hibberts got me through the purchase in around 12 weeks from start to finish and they were competitively priced compared with other solicitors in the area. Thank you all at Hibberts for being patient and friendly throughout.

Conveyance of Property by Abigail Morrison
Abigail took over responsibility for the sale of our house and successfully completed the transaction. It was not a simple transaction and was fraught with all sorts of obstacles but Abigail,s assistance and professional expertise was extremely helpful and much appreciated. Excellent client service and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Professional and Persistent

Professional, Supportive & Accessible
I used the services of Hibberts and in particular Abby for my first house purchase this year and have nothing but gratitude for her care and attention in her work.
After each interaction I was left with clear direction of what was needed from me; I fully understood each stage of the process involved; and felt comfortable to ask questions both big and small.
Her guidance was always forthcoming but not with pressure and left me feeling at ease to make informed decisions that were right for me.
She kept to each deadline and commitment she made with me, also providing great support when managing the sellers solicitors and estate agents as she applied the necessary pressure to keep things moving.
I had no prior experience with this firm but received a 10/10 Service and would definitely recommend.
