Brian Rooney

Founding Partner

Brian is the founding partner of Rooney Family Law. Brian is accredited as a Family Law Specialist by the Law Society of Scotland. He has been practising Family Law for many years and has gained a wealth of experience in this area of the law. He is trained in Collaborative Practice and has particular interests in complicated financial matters arising from Divorce and the law relating to Cohabitation. Brian is empathetic, frank and provides measured advice in difficult situations. He is forward thinking and uses new technology and systems to provide clients with a better service. In particular Brian understands that clients appreciate clarity in relation to fees and has created a more equitable charging structure.
