How a Solicitor should be

Conveyancing
The service was good however at the last hurdle when the money was due to come through according to the telephonist everyone is at lunch to 14.15hrs. This is the second time I have experienced this.

Subject: Review of Legal Services
I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the support I received from my solicitor during the process of purchasing my first home. He was very approachable and demonstrated professionalism throughout our interactions.
However, I would like to suggest that, in future dealings with first-time homebuyers, it would be beneficial for the firm to provide more comprehensive information and details. Additionally, I believe that offering a face-to-face appointment is crucial, as it fosters a sense of trust and establishes a stronger relationship than can be achieved through email and virtual communication alone. Personal interactions are essential, as we are still human beings who thrive on the trust built through direct contact.
Furthermore, I would have appreciated receiving guidance on how to protect myself from potential misrepresentation by sellers. It would be helpful to have advice on ensuring that my rights are fully understood and upheld, as well as strategies for taking a proactive role in the home buying process. This includes having more opportunities to negotiate and express my opinions and needs confidently, without feeling hesitant to assert myself.
