Roy Bridge is a Partner and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. Roy specialises in Residential Conveyancing, covering all aspects of property matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership and buy-to-let. Roy regularly advises first time buyers on Help to Buy Schemes, New Build property and dealing with development sites. Roy has built a great local reputation with Estate Agents but most enjoys meeting his clients personally which allows him to work with them not only as their Conveyancer but to offer advice and support throughout such a big event in their lives. Roy has a down to earth approach and friendly attitude as well as being able to work to tight timescales. Roy’s team know that communication is key to reassure their clients that matters are always progressing as quickly as possible. Roy has over ten years experience in Conveyancing having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2007. Roy became a Partner at Stephen Rimmer LLP in 2017. When away from the office Roy enjoys tennis, watching and playing football as well as socialising with his family and friends.
