We were referred to Wesley Gryk Solicitors from my spouse's colleague for our spousal visa application. Our initial application needed to be amended to a family visa due to health concerns in 2022 before switching over to the spousal visa route. Working with Alison at this time was such a pleasure as there was much confusion as to how to go about submitting my application while in the UK, as opposed to our original plan submitting from the USA. Two and half years later, we had another consultation with Alison for renewal and decided to go with the firm again. This second time, we worked with both Georgia and Alison to initiate the process. We also had a call with Sarah who was very efficient in submitting the application to the home office due to an unexpected urgency while Georgia was out of office. After attending my biometrics, and returning to office, Georgia was thorough and pleasant in explaining the next steps and ensuring everything was in order for me to be approved once more! Even with all of the hoops my spouse and I have endured in this visa process from the beginning over the last several years, the solicitors at Wesley Gryk have been the most helpful, kind, patient, attentive, and professional group I have worked with when working through complicated life admin tasks. I have to highlight Alison always answering my many questions and putting us at ease. I would highly recommend this firm, and look forward to working with them in the future for my next application for Indefinite leave to remain!
