Daniel Andrews was in charge of my family proceedings for around 4 years, managing it efficiently and successfully. He has been always present to guide me and support me. Harry Roberts, was also very efficient, supportive and always present. I have asked for my file to still be open with Daniel to have continuous advice and guidance, even after my case concluded in court. Having them by my side gives me the feeling of peace, safety, and reassurance with their efficiency and kindness. I'm incredibly grateful to both of them and highly recommend them ❤️

Divorce
Harry was absolutely brilliant when it came to sorting out my divorce. He was professional throughout, and couldn't help me enough. What wasn't an easy situation/divorce, Harry was always available with the answers to my questions. Harry was always approachable and I felt comfortable and confident to be able to be open up to him. Highly recommended.

Debt recovery
Harry called me and we talked through the process of debt recovery, the fees that were involved etc. He was very friendly, very relaxed and I didn't feel pressured to take up any services on the spot, unlike other solicitors that I've been in contact with in the past. Thank you for your advice Harry and if or when I need any further assistance, I'd definitely speak to Harry first.

Excellent help - quick and easy to understand for a novice
I asked Harry for advice on how to handle a case with a company
He spent time explaining the possible outcomes and the best way to proceed and what he could do to bring a conclusion to a satisfactory close without costing the earth.

Family and divorce
Harry has guided me through complex family issues involving my child and also my divorce.
Harry's first point of contact is always personal, understanding and knowledgeable, he has excellent foresight and seems to keep ahead of the subjects at all times
He is very determined and responsive, his personable attitude is always for communication and resolution rather than try to just get a pay day for his firm.
Really fresh approach and have to say a really genuine nice person.
I would certainly never use anyone else in the future for advice and he is an absolute credit to his firm and anyone that he represents.

Exceptional Service - Recovery of Monies
Recently I had a wealthy client who was reluctant to pay an outstanding invoice for services received.
The client, believed that his wealth would intimidate me from pursuing the debt due to the costs of recovery. Little did he realise that Harry Roberts and his colleagues at Cramp & Mullaney were ready to act.
Harry was able to secure reimbursement of the full invoice at a fraction of the costs that I had been quoted.

A long journey, finally over.
My divorce took around two years to complete , but is finally over.

I am the most difficult person, I find it so hard understanding and doing some of the most basic of things within the family law courts system and many things in life, I was very emotionally distressed when I first approached this firm and after working very closely with Lee Comfort and having some conversations and help along the way from some of his colleagues I become a whole different person, they all, but especially Lee adapted themselves to meet my level of understandings to help me know what everything ment and where I stood and what I needed to do, Lee put a lot of effort and time into understanding me as a person and how my brain worked and supported me in every way he could throughout the proceedings and answered every question I had very efficiently. We may not have got our outcome we were hoping but we still got a great one nevertheless. It’s a real shame Lee is no longer in the family law department but even so whoever you have you’re in safe hands. Such a lovely caring team every voice on the phone and face in the office has been just so welcoming everytime. I’m a different person a calmer person and a more educated person thanks to Cramp and Mullaney Solicitors and will always be forever grateful for there hard work, time and patience!
