They made the property chain conveyancing absolutely easy for us. It is not unusual that we had to wait a couple of months for our new build to be ready after selling our home. They were brilliantly flexible and professional with both the sale and purchase from start to completion.

Very responsive and competent
Martin Tolhurst at Longfield (Sam ably assisted by Delia, Sonya and Elle) handed our sale and purchase.
We were very pleased with the service received, they advised ways on handling a couple of tricky points re our sale.
Communication was seamless - mainly email but by phone when needed, the portal showing progress was useful (and quite exciting!!)
They were very patient with the delays to exchange but still ensured we could complete 3 working days later.
Would highly recommend these solicitors for property transactions.

My solicitors were truly world class
I was in quite a big chain and lots of solicitors involved. Considering the experience other vendors had with their solicitor in the process, Samantha, Delia, Elle and Sonya were truly standout.
Always open to giving me the updates I needed. I heard from them at least once per week.
The speed at which these particular individual processed things was amazing.
I genuinely enjoyed working with them.

Samantha Harvey - you're second to none!!
Throughout the whole process, Samantha was utterly professional and has completely changed my view of this Company from when I used it 16 years ago. In the same situation, the process took 5 months to go through as opposed to 3 weeks hence, I was very dubious about using this company, but obviously, they have clearly improved massively. Thank you so much, Sam, for all your hard work; you've been utterly amazing!

Sam achieved the impossible in selling my bungalow.
Sam easily and patiently answered my questions when I phoned.
When she sold my bungalow she and her team were kind, patient and thorough and achieved the ultimate result of concluding the sale.
When I was buying a property she saw me to explain my contract which was very helpful. With previous solicitors I did not see them when I signed the contract

Successful, sensitive conveyancing
Sam and her team have ensured I sold my house. Sam waited patiently for our response. When we did respond she explained our position with clarity, professionalism and kindness, then acted really fast to hit the moving date set by others in our chain. Our estate agent said they thought this was one transaction which would fail.
It hasn’t thanks to Sam and her team.

Good Service
The sale was a complicated one, not due in any way to the solicitors. They were easy to reach and, if not available, always phoned back. They always took their time to explain things if necessary.
