Pasqualina Marcucci, and her Paralegal, Fazila Akhtar, dealt with a probate house sale within the family which proved to be more complicated than initially expected and took almost a year from initial engagement. They were fast to reply to my (sometimes basic) questions, were tenacious in chasing the buyers solicitor, and generous in their support of me personally.
Aside from email communication and updates, the other administration was painless - giving documentation, ID checks, receiving payment.
I also bought my house through Boyes Turner and would use them again and happily recommend them for any house sale or any other legal matter.

Thorough and responsive

Excellent - would definitely recommend
Having recently used Boyes Turner for a house purchase, receiving an excellent service, I wanted to use them for the sale of my leasehold flat. Given the fee quote was highly competitive I was able to do this. I could not recommend Pasqualina and team more highly. On both this sale and the previous property purchase the other side's solicitors were often difficult, prompted by their own inflexibility or lack of understanding, sending what I could see were unclear and often rude communications. Pasqualina dealt with this in a manner which always maintained full professionalism, whilst seeking to make progress on the apparent issues. As someone who works in professional services myself, I both appreciated and respected this. The leasehold aspect of the flat sale enviably added complexity and there was a final element the buyer's solicitor struggled to be comfortable with, despite the fact there was no need to be so. Boyes Turner helped get this point over the line to exchange, which had felt like it might never come! This happened while Pasqualina was on holiday. I was impressed that her cover (Stella) was proactive with progression at a key moment in the process and called me to keep me updated on the situation, something I appreciated but did not necessarily expect. For any questions I had throughout the process, Pasqualina or Fazila would come back to me on a very timely basis. I will be recommending Boyes Turner to anyone buying or selling a property.

Residential property purchase in London
Boyes and Turner was recommended to me by my friend who just used them to buy his own property a few months ago. I have no previous experience with them and do not know what to expect at the beginning. This house buying process has been full of surprises for me, both ups and downs, and I wouldn't call it a standard smooth process. One of the nice surprises was to have Pasqualina and Fazila trying their best efforts, to the degree exceeding my initial expectations, to help me through this and managed to reach completion within my strict deadline. I kept thinking that I was drifting in the middle of the ocean and Pasaualina was the north star guiding me while Fazila was the pilot assisting us throughout the process. In my view, the ability to meet strict deadlines, putting client benefits first, be professional, have flexibility, explain complicated things in simple terms and updating clients regularly with patience are very important. Pasqualina's team has met all these elements. I am very grateful to have chosen her team to represent us to get a home in time. I would strongly recommend to anyone I know if they intend to buy a property in the future.

Exceptional service
I was very glad to have had Pasqualina and Fazila handling our recent sale and purchase and I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling.
I had total confidence in them throughout the process thanks to their professional and proactive communication which was far better than anything I have experienced with previous solicitors. Any questions I had would be answered very quickly and I never felt I had to chase anything. I couldn't have asked for anything more.
I will definitely be recommending Pasqualina to anyone I know who is buying or selling property in the future.

Above and beyond
I had an excellent conveyancing experience with Boyes Turner. As a (very anxious) first-time buyer with little knowledge of the conveyancing process, I was fortunate to have Pasqualina, Fazila, and Julia acting on my behalf and assisting me with my fairly complicated case. They were incredibly helpful and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly and explaining to me the difficult legal terms to made them more understandable. Their dedication exceeded my expectations; they were consistently responsive and provided clear explanations at every stage of the process. Despite delays from the seller's solicitor, they ensured I received regular updates. Additionally, their quotations were transparent, and they promptly informed me of any changes to fees or additional budget requirements. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend their services.

Different sell
As an Attorney for my mother in law's Estate, I had the the roll in selling the family home.
I was given the name of Boyes Turner to from a friend who had used them before.
I got in contact with them and instructed them to proceed with conveyancing.
And I was put at ease from the start, their professional approach to a very difficult sell was excellent.
I cannot recommend this company enough.

Great service, thoroughly recommend
I am so pleased I chose to use Pasqualina for the sale of my home, an aborted purchase and the ultimate purchase of my new home. Pasqualina was brilliant at keeping us updated and swiftly driving forward our transaction. She was great on the telephone, really personable and clear. She was also tough with the other side of the transaction on our purchase when needed because she was technically correct and without her drive and expertise I am not sure we would have moved, especially not in the timescale we did.
