Not a great service

I seemed to spend more time chasing for nswers and driving paperwork to Farnborough to Rebecca’s office then I did moving house.
I’ve never had those issue before when I’ve moved previously and everything seemed to be left to the last minute

Fantastic support with a property sale and first-time Title Register

I used Herrington Carmichael for the sale of a probate property and subsequent first-time Title Register. For various reasons the situation wasn't overly straightforward, but I felt very well-supported throughout, and always able to speak to Rebecca for advice and guidance. She was very patient and knowledgeable, and reassured me at times when things got a bit tricky. I will definitely be using Herrington Carmichael again and would highly recommend them.

Becky was absolutely fabulous - she guided us through our home purchase with incredible patience and kindness. In particular, she was very quick to respond to all of our nervous first time buyer questions which helped to manage our stress levels. We had absolute confidence in her and her advice was always so clear and easy to understand that it meant we felt very comfortable as we moved through the different stages of the purchase. We really can't recommend Becky and Bonnetts enough - if you're thinking of going with them for your conveyancing needs, go for it. You'll be in great hands!
