Equity transfer

Yates have worked on our behalf on the sale of one home and the subsequent equity transfer into dual names of another. They were professional, helpful, quick to answer any questions and efficient.
We would recommend this firm to anyone and we will definitely be using them again if we require any property legal services. Asma Alli and Luke Bignall worked on our two transactions and we couldn’t be happier with their work. Highly recommend.

Used this company to buy/sell our properties. From start to finish we knew exactly what was happening, we were kept updated and never had to worry if things were getting done. Always managed to get through to our solicitor on the phone and the process was incredibly smooth! Would 100% recommend. Luke in the soliciting department was excellent!
