Making a will
I found Fisher Jones Greenwood LLP very professional with regards to me making a will. They pointed out to me that if one of two persons I was leaving my estate to died before myself to whom would that part of the estate be transferred.

Excellent service

Knowles - Will Documentation/Update
Per the below 'descriptive' elements, FJG (Billericay Office in my case), continue to be a very efficient and friendly office to deal with.
While my requirements were simple and basic, they were still treated with the business professionalism that I would expect at any level.
If I were to identify any negative aspect it would be the annoying repetitive requirement to fill out certain documentation such as reconfirmation of identity. Presumably, this is a legal requirement.
Suffice to point out that, other than being older and possibly more grumpy, it is still me - I haven't changed!

Friendly and efficient
FJG have looked after my will for a number of years. I recently wanted to make some updates and also create two Lasting Powers of Attorney. They made the process simple and straightforward.
