Very Poor Experiance with very poor communication
Looking like they will cost us our purchase due to a complete lack of focus. They appear to be just a factory process with very junior staff, who just don't have the knowledge or time to progress a simple purchase or communicate in an effective way. We were cash buyers for a property where the vendors were prepared to move out immediately. Should have taken 6 weeks to complete, but 14.5 weeks later still no replies to any of my queries I raised and no sign of any contracts. I escalated after 8 weeks to their directors who also just don't appear to be interested. Complaint now raised. I could go on and on but my personal view is to avoid if you want any kind of customer service and focus.

Property Sale
I have been very impressed with the service that I have received from Sofiah Younis and Kathryn Olijnyk. both have been friendly, professional and have kept me up to date throughout the whole process of selling my house. Howells are the 3rd solicitors that I have used for various reasons over the years and, after this latest experience, I have found them to be the best and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Convenience
Sofiah yonis dealed with my property transfer, very helpful as my English is not good she helped me using different language(urdu/Punjabi) very friendly with clear advice.

Responsive and Professional
I chose Howells to sell my London home. I wanted a Sheffield firm to have the business as a commitment to levelling up. I was not disappointed. They were responsive, patient with my IT ineptitudes, professional and good value for money. I liked their collegiate approach. Most importantly, the sale was completed to suddenly- changed and very tight timescale. Thank you Stephen and Sofiah

Very Helpful
Sofia was amazing, great service and very approachable. She had all the knowledge and was very efficient in her work. Alway called back and kept me updated with what was going on. Always returned calls too. Would definitely recommend her. Very pleased!!
