I have extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation and have been ranked in the Thomson Reuters Super Lawyers Directory as a Rising Star in litigation for the past 3 years. I have particular interest in: Professional negligence claims against solicitors, barristers and accountants; Insolvency matters, such as bankruptcy, winding up proceedings and applications to set aside transactions at an undervalue; Property litigation; and Trust claims involving determination of beneficial ownership, contested probate claims and boundary disputes.
