Our main contact always have been Alan Morris a great solicitor and adviser, but this time he recommended the young but very experience Mrs Becky Husband, as the sale of our land was very protracted and complicated.
From the start, Becky, assisted by her team, was professional and caring and the service was exceptional
The contract was in place in good time enabling the sale to procced.

Moving House

Sale of No.1 Norchard Barns
The sale of No.1 Norchard Barns was complicated because extra land was sold, added to the original house and garden. Satisfactory overage provisions on this land were negotiated by the MFG team and I am pleased that the sale has now been completed. A site visit early in the contractual process, by the team, was also very worthwhile, given that there is shared access to the development and that the planning permission came via Permitted Development rules which gives rise to some issues that needed to be addressed.
