Excellent
The team were always quick to respond to questions and queries. They dealt with all paperwork efficiently and a special shout out to Jo who was so lovely, friendly and enthusiastic. Her cheerful humour was a welcome relief from the stressful seriousness of it al.

Couldn't believe how brilliant they were!
Harriet was absolutely brilliant from start to finish of our house buying process. She was so prompt, so thorough and really helpful. We couldn't believe what a fantastic experience it was buying a house with her.

Very poor and very rude
We would have to give this company 1 star out of 10. The 1 is for the price. The best price we could find, albeit by only £30 for a house move. They are very slow. They do not keep you up to date. Do not chase up the move so we could complete in 3 months or so. Took much longer. Quite happy to let moving day get ever closer with no urgency to get it done on time. I had the new owner of my house ranting and raving and saying we needed to be out ''or else''. Even on move day we did not know if it would happen with relatives arranged to help, time off work arranged and 2 vans arranged. Noon came and we had no completion!!! LISTEN i first moved in 1977. No computers. NO mobiles. NO technology. I was moved in 8 weeks. Get your act in gear both as a company and the conveyancing industry as a whole. Your service is actually slower and poorer than 46 years ago when a police car was a Morris Minor. Step up. This is an industry that has never ever improved. Cut all the red tape and streamline the whole house moving thing. Meanwhile Alcocks need to be far more on the ball. Director was unbelievably rude when we made a legitimate complaint. I'll end it there, although there was more i could add.
