Best experience we’ve had with a solicitor
We reached out to Ian to help with a deed of easement on our property. Over the course of the process, Ian was always on top of things and let us know exactly what we needed to do to make progress. Ian also regularly CC’d us into emails between himself and the other party so that we could keep track of what stage things were at. Ultimately, a stress free and successful experience which isn’t always the case with some solicitors.

Couldn't fault
Mr Land has just completed our conveyancing on a Property sale.
Everything was dealt with either same or next day. We have never experienced such efficiency.
We can highly recommend, and now wouldn't go anywhere else if the need arises.

CONVEYANCING
