Excellent Support for a small charity on a commercial matter
Alice and James listened carefully to what to us was a complex and risky situation for our small charity. The drew out the facts of the case from us, analyzed the legal position and devised a strategy. They represented us most effectively with the other party, and as a result a negotiated and acceptable resolution was secured, with their great help in implementation. We were grateful for their expertise and commitment.

.Non-Resident Matters
As non-resident UK citizens with property in the UK, we were in need of thoughtful advice on how to arrange our UK affairs for estate purposes. debt collection of tenant arrears arising from the Covid pandemic
the Ashtons team explained the steps in the process and where applicable the options and relevant costs, and always informed/checked with the client prior to committing to each step in the process. Their advice was clear too. Ultimately enforcement was successful so a great result. The only aspect to improve was the need of the client to chase on progress and ensure the process continued with momentum at times prior to the Court Order.
