I engaged Simon Davies at pepperells, as my solicitor to take me through the process of gaining a possession order against my Tennant, who was refusing to vacate my property. Simon was very helpful all the way through and always kept me up to date and always promptly returned my calls. He was very swift at completing necessary paperwork for the court. Pleased with support during a difficult time
My first interaction with Pepperells was taken by a warm and friendly team.
Simon was very professional, diligent and explained everything very well. I also appreciated how quickly that Simon dealt with everything so quickly, along with empathy and compassion.
I would have no reservations about referring any of my friends or family, should the unfortunate situation occur for them at some point in the future.

Change of ownership
Very professional and helpful easy to understand put all communication in a way that was easy to understand. Helped me get out of a difficult situation. My only regret is that i didn’t go see Simon Davies sooner.

I was greeted by a delightful positive individual who swiftly booked an appointment to see a solicitor/advisor. Simon took me through every clause and explained the legal jargon. Following this it gave me confidence to sign the agreement . This was all sorted in less than 24 hours and signed paperwork returned. Top class, top sweet would recommend without hesitation.
