Anna is a Conveyancer in the Conveyancing Department at Alletsons.
Anna grew up locally to Bridgwater and joined Alletsons in 2017 after completing her studies at Bristol University, where she obtained a BA(Hons) in History.
She has been working in Conveyancing since 2018 undertaking the CILEx qualifications alongside her role. In April 2020 she qualified as an ACILEx Paralegal and she is now in the final stages of her Level 6 studies to become a Chartered Legal Executive.
Anna has gained a strong local reputation due to her proactive and organized approach, which greatly contributes to the efficiency of transactions. She handles a range of residential conveyancing transactions, including Freehold and Leasehold Sales and Purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Lifetime ISAs and Help to Buy ISAs, Probate sales, and Help to Buy Equity Loan redemptions.
One of Anna's strengths is her commitment to providing exceptional client service. She ensures that the conveyancing process is explained clearly for clients, striving to make their experience as smooth as possible. Having recently purchased her first house, Anna empathizes with the stress that accompanies moving.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys going to the gym, reading, baking and walks.

Customer Service was great
Anna has been very helpful throughout the process and very understanding of my particular situation, allowing me to air frustrations whilst expertly advising on next best steps.
When asked for updates she always made sure to send them and was accommodating to requests such as reprinting contracts for us to hand collect.

House purchase
We were recommended Alletsons through our estate agents and also have had friends use them. We are happy with our experience with all the people who delt with our case. Very happy

Always Informed
A few years before I had sold a property using a large Bristol solicitors and it was a nightmare I never wish to repeat. However, Alletsons were a model of how it should be done, always helpful accurate advice and a ready supply of updates on the Howla app. Used on my personal experience I would recommend this company without hesitation.
