Excellent service with Noel Martin
Noel dealt with all our conveyancing for our new home efficiently and professionally.We managed to exchange and complete within about 6/7 weeks.Noel was always on hand to answer any questions/queries we had.
We have used Noel with our last purchase and would certainly not hesitate to use their services again.

Noel dealt with all my conveyancing matters efficiently and professionally and in a timely manner.
My purchase was exchanged and completed within 5 to 6 weeks in time before stamp duty rise.

House sale and purchase

If only all solicitors were as good as this...!
We were recommended to Noel Martin by our son, who had appointed him to do conveyancing on his new house and been very pleased with the service he received.
We had the same positive experience when he did the conveyancing for us on our flat purchase.
From the outset and throughout the process, Noel has been easy to contact, responded quickly to questions, has been very knowledgeable about recent relevant legislation, straightforward about any pitfalls, and has genuinely been an enormous help throughout the time it has taken to get to completion.
His fees have been both fixed and reasonable.
Solicitors are not generally thought of as speedy and efficient - but Noel has been both.
I would definitely recommend Stephen Rimmer (and Noel Martin) to friends or family and we would not hesitate to use this firm again.

Great from start to finish
This is my 2nd time using Stephen Rimmer for a house purchase and I couldn’t fault them. Made the whole process so much easier and stress free for myself and my partner. We especially appreciate Noel and his team who guided us through the whole process (for nearly a year!) as we navigated through the long house buying process. Huge thanks!
