Excellent service when selling parents home
We lost both parents within a month and needed to sell their property. Chloe Knight was the conveyancing solicitor and has been wonderful, showing such kindness, professionalism and efficiency. It made a difficult thing so much easier

Sale and purchase of property
We have used Chloe Knight for the sale of my parents home.
She resolved all related problems in an efficient manner.
So naturally we instructed Chloe on our recent house move.

Super helpful and responsive!
I rang the Lincoln office to request bank details to start searches. Chloe rang me back within 10 minutes and was super helpful at explaining next steps as well as being proactive at chasing the sellers solicitor’s for information to speed up the process. Excellent service !
I was very impressed with the service and speed of which my case was handled. I was kept well informed on how the purchase was progressing, but Chloe also kept the estate agent updated who in turn informed the seller making the transaction very smooth and straightforward. Thank you Chloe !
