I have been working with Owen White & Catlin Solicitors on two separate matters. One has just concluded and one will be very soon. I wanted to take the time to write a few words on the service i received from them.
I dealt with Richard Land on the matter that has just resolved and from the very start some two years ago, it was very clear he was highly skilled and very knowledgeable. What makes Richard stand out though is the team around him. His support team and the wider office and other Solicitors were fantastic.
I can not find fault with any aspect. They went out of their way to help, support, facilitate and generally provide a robust and fair service. They were very fairly priced for the level of skill they have within the team.
Always, contacted me when they said they would, very high caliber advise, communicated well and in a timely fashion, I am not sure you can ask for more.
Each members supports the other in a well established team and they get fair results.
I have only ever had bad experiences with Solicitors prior to this interaction. Purely from the interaction with Richard, Michelle, Elaine, Jon, Natasha and the wider team my faith has been restored in a professional service
I would only recommend them going forward

Fantastic Solicitors - Highly recommend
My family has been using OWC forever for all legal matters. Mostly the Shepperton branch. Why would I go anywhere else when the service they provide is so good. Anne Byard is so knowledgeable and on point in all Conveyance matters and was so calm and reassuring when our natural moving house stress started to kick in.
Laura Infield has been wonderful dealing with Probate matters for my family and worked so hard to sort it all out and explain stuff to me. She is amazing. She also worked closely with Anne and Milka for their conveyancing expertise and between the 3 of them made the whole probate experience a lot less stressful ( at times they were all like therapists listening to our worries and concerns).
All the staff we have come in to contact with at any OWC branch have always gone above and beyond no matter their role. From Gillian on reception at Shepperton and Ginny Burton legal secretary to Richard Land Managing partner (Hammersmith) who so wonderfully dealt with a complex matter a few years back.

Inheritance claim
From beginning to end Richard Land was exceptional in dealing with the late estate of my mother. It was complex, long and went back many years. He took the time to understand the story, responded to every question and supported myself and my brother through to a successful conclusion within 2 years.

Advice on Executor Duties and Administering an Estate
We had an excellent service from Richard Land. His advice was clear, simple to understand, and efficiently delivered. He was very professional but also very friendly and inspired confidence, due to his many years of experience in similar matters.
