Excellent Conveyancing Solicitors
Susanne Spurling at Kenny was recommended to us, and she was excellent from the outset, incredibly clear and professional, as well as very responsive. She guided us smoothly through the process, and dealt with everything brilliantly. Best experience of a conveyancing solicitor
I am very pleased with Susanne from Kenny’s. Everything was explained up front and as the sale proceeded, with useful and reassuring tips on what to expect. Exactly what I wanted from a conveyancing solicitor and I would definitely use (and recommend) again.

House conveyance
Anyone I dealt with was extremely pleasant, professional and inefficient. I think ladies tend to be more organised than men and so having an all female team is a very clever idea.

Outstanding service level
We saw that Kennys were highly rated and engaged them, through Susanne Spurling, to act on the purchase of our new Redrow home in Chichester. The initial process, through to exchange of contracts was executed extremely efficiently. We were so pleased that we engaged Susanne to act on our behalf for the sale of our house in Cheshire. This had its challenges but again Susanne managed the process very effectively. We have just completed the purchase of our Redrow home on time.
The price quoted for each transaction, which I felt was reasonable did not change.
All in all I am a delighted customer.
