Harrington Carmichael have helped us to purchase and sell of property. During purchase Jo Cockram had helped us during 2018. So we have gone back to the same solicitor to sell our other house. This time Ellena Balshaw along with Jo has helped in every step. Thank you both for professional help.

Conveyancing of our property
My wife and I would like to highlight the outstanding work that Ellena Balshaw did in the conveyancing of our property. She managed the original sale, when we moved into rental, and then the purchase of our new property. Ellena showed true ownership throughout, demonstrating excellent communication skills, always getting back to us, staying late at times and working over the weekend to meet deadlines. She has excellent knowledge in the subject matter and we cannot praise her highly enough; we will always go back to Herrington Carmichael and ask for Ellena to manage and future purchases. We would also like to thank Joshua Watkins for his overall management of the conveyancing.

Sale and purchase of properties
My experience with this very professional company and Ellie has been faultless and stress free from start to finish. I felt they listened understood and acted upon any concerns. Reliable and Trusting
We have had an excellent conveyancing service through HC. They are excellent at what they do and enable you to have complete faith in their ability to get the job done and advise you along the way should you need it. Often in a chain you can get pressure from other parties so HC's ability (thank you Ellie) to cut to the chase and give the right professional advice was excellent.
