Excellent service provided by Wadsworths Solicitors Ltd (Gemma Dempse)
I was lucky to introduce and assign my cases to Wadsworths Solicitors firm via a local property agent. Gemma was the main key to follow both of my cases ( including buy and sell ) during the past 3 months. She has given me a lot of useful information and guidlines to be aware on both cases. Gemma and her team were also being polite and patient during the whole process. Their instruction and communication were absoulty clear and none of grey area occurred. Eventually, both cases were completed on same day and this was amazing Therefore, I would highly recommended Wadsworths Solicitors Ltd to everyone if you're looking for the high quality service to buy/sell the properties. Long standing customer review
I have been a client of Wadsworths for a number of years & have dealt with different departments & a number of employees.
In the main my dealings have been with the conveyancing team, which is led by Gemma.
Gemma is a pleasure to deal with, always very helpful & extremely knowledgeable on everything property related.

Excellent
Gemma dealt with the sale and purchase of our home recently and she was incredible. She was professional and responsive. When she was unable to speak to us directly, Alina was always on hand to help and reassure. They both took some of the stress away from the moving process. Excellent Conveyancing Service
I had a wonderful experience dealing with Gemma Dempsey and her team whilst selling and purchasing my house.

As well as the people (and pets) we love, we agree there are just two other entities after death: one, our reputation or influence; two, our estate as represented in the Last Will and Testament. So, making a will is one of the most important things to do whilst we are happily on our feet. Now in our 70’s, we needed to revise our wills, written over 30 years ago and not corresponding to our current priorities. We have two adult daughters but also a steady trickle of our own health issues. Naturally, our needs will surely change, so we wanted to be proactive. This year, the costs of care are between £1,500 and £2,000 per week for the last few years of life. Reasonably, we want to preserve our estate in our survivors’ best interests. Absolutely impressed with Wadworths’ solicitor Gemma Dempsey, conveyancing our new house, we knew where to come. Our solicitor, Michael Wadsworth, clearly explained the circumstances where Property Trust Wills would be relevant and he emailed us a helpful brochure. He described our options and avoided telling us what to do. Immediately apparent to us, this ace solicitor listened carefully and then immediately and accurately reflected our wishes. Mike prepared perfect draft documents, for collection, within an astonishing couple of days. Really helpful, he also wrote an easy-to-understand synopsis, making it easier to grasp the formal language of our wills. Throughout, we found Mike to be respectful, equal and straightforward to understand. In less than two weeks, we were back in his office signing our precious documents. Mike is charming company and this is a perfect outcome for us and a very pleasant experience. Wadsworths Solicitors is completely professional, highly approachable and trustworthy.

Excellent courteous and prompt
Michael, Victoria and Gemma handled my late parents power of attorney process, their probate process, execution of their wills and the sale of their family home. They provided an excellent, friendly and professional service throughout, l can’t thank them enough for all they did at a very difficult time

Excellent, prompt and courteous
Michael, Victoria and Gemma dealt with lasting power of attorney, probate and execution of the wills of my late parents and the sale of the family home in their estate. It was a sad time for the family but throughout they were friendly, approachable and very professional. I can’t thank them enough and would recommend them without hesitation
