Conveyancing Assistant

Matt is a valued member of our Conveyancing team, bringing both academic achievement and practical experience to the role. Matt graduated from the University of Portsmouth with a 2:1 Honours degree in Law with Business, and successfully completed the CILEX Professional Qualification (CPQ) Advanced stage. He has built a strong foundation in property law, enhanced by hands-on experience as a Conveyancing Assistant here at Geoffrey Leaver Solicitors. He works closely with Emma Sidney and Klaudia Rozek contributing to various aspects of the conveyancing process. From preparing contracts and conducting title searches to liaising with clients, estate agents, third parties, and plays an integral role in ensuring smooth and efficient property transactions from start to completion.
