Delayed transfer and no response whatsoever
We hired Gloverpriest in March 2024 to complete a transfer of property we purchased in Auction. Since then it had been quite a challenge to get the work completed by them, or get any sort of update. We dont get any response to any of our calls or emails send to them, which is quite rude of them. Its been more than 7 months now and we dont know the status of our transfer process, nor the extra "deposit" money they had taken from us.

Great service and highly recommend
Conveyancer Adam Faulkner did a brilliant job when I sold my property. Adam was friendly, professional and polite. He guided me through the process and updated me as the sale progressed. Even when a problem arose at the eleventh hour regarding the cost of service from a third party, Adam addressed the issue and contacted me¹ immediately. Adam is a credit to Glover Priest solicitors. I would highly recommend.

Great support and service.
Conveyancer Adam Faulkner a member of the Glover Priest team in Tamworth, could not have been more helpful when I was selling my property. Adam was polite, professional and friendly. Adam updated me during the sale process and he was efficient in answering my queries and any concerns that I had. Even on the day of completion, Adam was very proactive. Adam sought to successfully address a discrepancy that had arisen and he updated me on the successful outcome of his efforts. The completion of the sale was delivered on the date agreed and Adam telephoned me to confirm. Adam is a credit to Glover Priest and I would highly recommend his services.
