Caseworker

I am a Caseworker in the Public Law Department based at Duncan Lewis' City of London Office. My work consists of assisting solicitors and caseworkers on public law matters. I work under the direct supervision of Director, Toufique Hossain. I assist publicly funded (legal aid) clients. I am very experienced at assisting clients obtain legal aid funding for their case (where they are eligible) and frequently advise clients across both affordable fixed fee and hourly rate packages. Prior to joining Duncan Lewis, I undertook legal research roles in my undergraduate and postgraduate universities' pro-bono clinics, working on human rights law and international humanitarian law. I was also a volunteer legal researcher at 3DCentre, a UK-based NGO that aims to promote human rights around the world through social justice campaigns and missions.
