Sale and Purchase of Property - Amazing experience throughout
John and Lauren supported me with the sale and purchase of property and I can not fault my experience at all. They were both so friendly and always on hand to answer my emails or calls. John was incredibly proactive and really drove the process forward with the other parties' solicitors and this meant we had an incredibly smooth moving day with early key exchanges. He took the stress and worry out of the process and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a conveyancing solicitor.

All staff that dealt with my house purchase were extremely professional.
Kelly who completed the offer. Was very helpfull done a great job.

Clear and helpful guidance
Buying a property in Scotland was made so much easier by John's support. He was always responsive and very clear in the guidance he provided. He was clear in outlining any concerns he had from a legal perspective and helped us resolve them whilst remaining pragmatic about what was needed. The sale went through very quickly and smoothly.

House Purchase
My partner and I made use of GLP for conveyancing purposes for our recent house purchase Unexpectedly (roughly 4 weeks after they accepted our offer) our seller put pressure on us to finalise the move in date or they would go back to market, by our understanding moving in can take months in many cases but our seller didnt seem to agree.
This caused us great stress at the time and meant that processes that usually take weeks were being forced to be done within the few days remaining to us. Our Solicitor John managed to not only speedily process the issues which could be sped up but also managed to negotiate the sellers into more reasonable timescales enabling us to move in. With Johns help we managed to take a possibly multi-month long legal/document process into a 6 week one (from offer accepted to moving in) in order to stop the sellers going back to market.
